Instructs basic training classes and assist in implementing and coordinating limited skills/training/programs across Revenue Services.
Essential Functions
Performs basic quality audits across limited Revenue Services functions and provide feedback to internal and external team members.
Reports and summarizes operational data and bring to the attention of management operational anomalies and changes in customer behavior.
Resolves escalations across Revenue Services functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in Revenue, Customer Service, or Office Administrative position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, strong human relation skills, and an advanced understanding of revenue services applications and tools.
