Job Description:

Location: South Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is in search of an Process engineer in the South Milwaukee area as they continue to grow! The Process Engineer is tasked with designing new manufacturing processes, and equipment and validating existing manufacturing processes and equipment. This role provides daily production floor support as well as leading manufacturing projects.



Responsibilities:

• Project Management - keep projects on task and ahead of deadlines and risk mitigation


• Lead lean and process improvement initiatives through the implementation of new processes and equipment


• Participate in lean manufacturing activities such as Kaizen events, 5S, 8D, Preventative Maintenance programs, RCA, 5-Why, and other tools for enhancing productivity


• Assist in new product development (NPD) into production including CapEx, and collaboration with manufacturing operations


• Create CapEx requests for new equipment purchases


• Assist leadership with cell design


• Provide Technical assistance through problem-solving, SPC, CPK, RCA, and Design of Experiment (DoE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar)


• 5+ years of engineering experience in industrial manufacturing experience required


• Demonstrated experience with Process Engineering in manufacturing environment


• Lean Manufacturing experience required - Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
