SUMMARY
The Project Manager, Technical is responsible overseeing, planning and coordinating all aspects of the full life cycle of the technical project for the customer. Ensures all project goals and deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, budgetary parameters and to the customer's satisfaction. Manages labor and maintains employee relations regarding hiring, terminations and employee resolution. Provides cohesive team leadership and maintains positive working relationships with the customer and key stakeholders.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
TS/SCI eligibility is required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing from an accrediting authority.
Management experience in government contracting or previous DOD employment.
May be required to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures all aspects of project management are carried out efficiently and effectively. Reviews project proposal or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitation, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Helps in the preparation of contract deliverables.
Prepares project charts and schedules as needed. Performs job cost analysis. Maintains a solid customer relationship and assures customer satisfaction with the successful execution of the project.
Manages and assists in developing and maintaining information technology programs as requested, in accordance with approved system/subsystem design requirements and specifications.
Ensures employees apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments that may require innovation in determining how to accomplish the tasks. This includes developing the methodology, offering solutions to problems, and contributing to the deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Coordinates responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) which may include but is not limited to creating cost estimates and proposals, analyzing quotation request information or specifications and developing a quotation plan. May be required to coordinate pricing information necessary to complete a quotation, as well as review all estimated inputs for completeness, accuracy, and compatibility.
Implements industry best practices, project management tools and methodologies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years' Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years management experience required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls.

The estimated pay range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
