Location: Denver, CO (considering local applicants only)



Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office per week



Salary: $75k - $115k (depending on experience)



Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire


We are seeking a Salesforce Applications Administrator to join our Global BA and Platforms team. The primary function of the role is to facilitate the translation of business needs into digital processes through the planning, deployment, and support of Salesforce.


The final candidate will work from the office (enjoying hybrid working culture) and will be reporting directly to the very talented team based in our Headquarters in the US.

What will you be responsible for:



  • Salesforce configuration and management, including staging and testing of new releases and customizations

  • Manage current and future projects, gathering requirements, and creating technical requirement documents.

  • Contribute to improvements of operational business systems and processes in relation to the use of Salesforce to support business growth and efficiency

  • Responsible for maintaining documentation for applications, processes, and procedures

  • Develop and track performance metrics of applications and user adoption

  • Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues

  • Perform incident management and response procedures to ensure all incidents are addressed appropriately

  • Manages end user accounts, permissions, and access rights




What you need to have:



  • 4+ years of admin experience with Salesforce is a MUST, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Experience with Salesforce Flows (i.e. automation tools)

  • A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.

  • Ability to learn new technologies to implement and support in a dynamic environment.

  • A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.




Extra points for:



  • Apex and/or LWC Development experience

  • Demonstrated experience with multiple SaaS platforms preferred

  • Bonus points for Sales, Accounting, JavaScript, SQL, and/or HTML experience
