Accurately create and update project files, ensuring that all documentation is complete and organized.
Maintain records in both digital and physical formats, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely access to project information.
Ensure timecards are submitted on-time, along with ensuring their accuracy.
Processing customer payments and updating customer accounts as necessary.
Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Process reimbursements promptly and maintain records for auditing purposes.
Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Work with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
Organize and maintain company records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Archive documents appropriately and manage record retention schedules.
Provide administrative support to management, including calendar scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Experience with SAP is preferred, but overall experience with another ERP system is acceptable
2-4 years of professional office experience
Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients in-person and over the phone as needed.
HS Diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
