For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $83,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

The Sustainability Leadership Program (SLP) is a 2-year rotational program opportunity beginning in July 2025 for recent university graduates to gain exposure to the Sustainability Business at Schneider Electric.

Schneider Electric is aggressively tackling the issue of climate change by making bold commitments to make its operations carbon neutral by 2025 and net zero carbon emissions by 2030. Not only are we making bold commitments ourselves, but our Sustainability Business team is leading the charge in advising global companies in developing their own bold commitments to curb climate change and maintain less than 1.5 deg C temperature rise. This position will be at the core of this global, all-hands effort for our planet and generations to come. Within our Sustainability Business, we are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, forward thinking graduates with an enthusiasm for energy and sustainability to join our graduate rotational program.

The rotation opportunities within the Sustainability Leadership Program (SLP) include but are not limited to:


  • Sustainability Consulting & Operations

  • Renewable Energy Carbon Advisory (RECA)

  • Client Development & Management

  • Product & Offer Management

  • Global Marketing


Program participants will be placed in one of the following locations throughout the duration of the program: Louisville, KY; Dallas, TX; Boulder, CO; Nashville, TN; Boston, MA. Candidates must be willing to relocate and accept rotation placements decided by the business and Program Manager. Preferences are always considered but cannot be guaranteed. *Please note that some locations will no longer be available at the time of application.

This job might be for you if:


  • Completed a bachelor's degree or higher program such as MBA or master's by May 31, 2025

  • Preferred majors include Sustainability & Environment, Digital & AI, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and General Business. We will consider other majors where there is demonstrated experience in the energy or sustainability space.

  • Willingness to learn a variety of skills and work on projects/assignments on multiple teams

  • Demonstrated leadership skills; willingness/potential to evolve in leadership role in the Sustainability Business at Schneider Electric

  • A displayed passion to make a difference for the future of our planet

  • Ability to speak and read English fluently
