Job Description:

* Games are the reason players come to play and content is the catalyst for everything we do. As the senior product marketing manager, you will partner with our biggest publisher marketing partners to build marketing strategies and successfully deliver hit games.
* The candidate will develop and execute go-to-market and lifecycle marketing plans for Game Studios games published on Console, PC and Game Pass. They will have a CMO mindset and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities that balance the needs of the title, the brand and larger company objectives for maximum impact. Equally important is the ability to effectively lead and build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders.
* This position demands a strong mix of communications and strategy skills, and experience driving marketing programs and campaigns. Successful candidates will have a strong marketing track record with a steady progression of increased responsibility and impact. You have demonstrated your ability to define clear goals and develop creative, high-impact marketing strategies to achieve those goals, grounded in a deep understanding of the target customers and of partners in the ecosystem. Most importantly - you have a passion for what you do.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating global marketing plans that drive worldwide awareness and purchase intent for Game Studios titles and franchises
* Delivering world-class go-to-market plans across multiple marketing disciplines
* Execution of go-to-market activities including project management of key beats and supporting assets, support for regional and owned-channel programs, management product pages and storefront promotions, and more
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with game publishers and internal teams
* Providing guidance on marketing aspects of the business, including sales forecasting, budgets, SKU strategy, launch timing, and lifecycle planning
* Driving scheduling, agenda, meeting notes and action items for recurring meetings with partner teams, ensuring that key action items are resolved, and programs stay on track
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally with console and PC
* Experience creating and delivering world-class marketing campaigns
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent creative and strategic thinking
* A self-starter attitude with demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines
* Can work at multiple altitudes to build comprehensive programs while executing on the details
* Thrives in busy, multi-disciplined environments
* Demonstrates problem identification and resolution skills
* Passion for gaming and entertainment with a fan-focused approach
* This position will require limited travel
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with game development studios or software engineering teams
* Experience with business and marketing mechanisms
Candidate Requirements
* Years of Experience Required: 7+ overall years of experience in the field.
* Degrees or certifications required: business marketing, Master of Marketing is fine but not required.
* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with gaming brand marketing or gaming product marketing, go to marketing background/experience.
* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and feedback from the team.
Top Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
* PowerPoint skills (O365 suite competency), communication skills, we do a lot of presenting so comfortable presenting. Writing skills.
