The IT Solutions Analyst Lead for SAP Financials is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and improving digital capabilities for Mosaic. This role will lead the delivery of solutions for Mosaic's Information Technology department, focused on SAP S/4HANA FICO modules (AR, AP, FA, GL, Treasury) and complimentary applications. The IT Solution Analyst Lead will work closely with Product Owners, IT Partners, 3rd Party Vendors, and Finance stakeholders to develop solutions based on business priorities while leveraging SAFe Agile methodologies. This is a key role within Mosaic to provide the technical acumen and functional expertise that results in comprehensive solutions across Mosaic's business. This role is primarily focused within the corporate finance area and requires strong expertise in SAP Financials.
What will you do?
Lead the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems
Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
Translate non-technical requirements into highly technical specifications
Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Manage and maintain overall solution architecture, scalability, and integrity
Define solution limitations and requirements
Work with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution's technology stack
Communicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical direction
Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated into solution designs
Establish and enforce standards as part of the solution roadmap development
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
Serve as the subject matter expert for solution development in the assigned area
Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team members

What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business or related field is required.
7+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC Finance Applications
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including a strong understanding of FICO
Experience with multi-national bank interface configuration and troubleshooting; including North and South America, as well as India and China
Understanding of clearing processes for advance billing, in-house banking, and general SAP S/4 Treasury
Strong understanding of Period Close procedures, Group Reporting, and data requirements for financial statements
Familiarity with Controlling and Credit Management functions and concepts
Knowledge of Project System (PS), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), and other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
Experience with complimentary systems such as Accuity, Blackline, Bloomberg, Concur, SWIFT, and Dow Jones preferred
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred
Effective communicator with the ability to maintain a cohesive team
