Starting Pay: $17.51 per hour, plus shift differential

What you'll do:
Operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, ensuring efficient machine operation and accurate material feeds into equipment.
Perform palletizing tasks using semi-automated palletizer equipment, efficiently stacking finished products on pallets to meet production needs and safety standards.
Assist with various manufacturing plant operations tasks, including cleaning duties to maintain an orderly plant, part sorting, and acting as a relief operator when necessary.
Receive training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator, achieving ongoing growth and development milestones within the role.
Contribute to additional production tasks and plant maintenance tasks as assigned by management, helping maintain a smooth and safe high speed industrial manufacturing environment.
