Join Our Agribusiness Lending Team as a Relationship Specialist Trainee!
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Relationship Specialist Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful Relationship Specialist. You will work closely with your direct line manager (Loan Officer) and an appointed coach, who will mentor you through the learning process. The position is open in any of our four offices located in Milton, Marianna, Tallahassee, and Monticello.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing primary support, particularly in the details, to the Loan Officer(s) you are designated to work with and their respective agribusiness loan portfolios.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of various loan types, including simple to large complex credits and participations.
Manage and document the payment collections process per ACA guidance.
Assist with the Portfolio Quality Review process, ensuring accurate loan input and payment processing.
Ensure all loans are documented and managed in accordance with loan approvals, policies, covenants, conditions, guaranteed loan requirements, servicing plans, annual reviews, government regulations, and other applicable laws.
Assist the Loan Officer in nurturing and guarding the assigned portfolio to promote trust, loyalty, and retention.
Anticipate business needs and act proactively.
Understand and apply Farm Credit regulations, policies, procedures, and products to recognize opportunities and/or problems, escalating them to the manager and assigned Loan Officer as needed.

Qualifications:
Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate degree in a business-related field.
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $41,500 - $50,600.
Up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K.
