About The Team



CoverMyMeds' Emerging Product Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to establish and execute on a business unit patient consent strategy. Of note, our Emerging Product Team is a diverse and innovative group of product leaders focused on core capabilities that support CMM and our various product teams. Together with our various business units, the work our Emerging Product Team does ultimately help people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.


* Candidate must reside in the Columbus, OH metropolitan area. This role allows ability to primarily work remote from home but will have occasional in-office time.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Patient Consent product initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and implementation of solutions that ensure compliant and efficient patient consent management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, engineering, and marketing, to deliver products that meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.



What You'll Do



As a Senior Product Manager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:


  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies based on comprehensive industry and market research


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product needs and implement impactful solutions across multiple tech stacks, stakeholders, and networks


  • Ensure that all product features and directions comply with legal and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and other patient consent and data privacy regulations


  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address issues and provide recommendations to leadership


  • Oversee various profit and loss responsibilities, including pricing strategies, deal support, and financial management


  • Use influence to gain buy-in for product direction and recommendations


  • Foster team engagement and creativity, knowing when to act, engage, and adjust strategies


  • Provide recommendations to resolve conflicts between Product Management initiatives across the organization


  • Accountable for prioritization and leading initiatives to resolution





Skills You'll Need



  • Degree or equivalent experience, and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience


  • Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)


  • 3+ years of relevant experience with patient consent management processes, delivery and best practices


  • Deep industry knowledge of health systems, patient care processes, healthcare workflow


  • Relevant experience with regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and other regulations related to patient consent and data privacy





Preferred Skills



  • Proven track record in managing and leading product management initiatives


  • Ability to think strategically and plan effectively to achieve business objectives


  • Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets and financial plans


  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers


  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position



$114,700 - $191,100
