We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
The D365 Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to meet the organization's business needs. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions. The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical specifications and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand system needs and objectives.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, or optimization.
Develop comprehensive system requirements documents, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Collaborate with IT developers, architects, and engineers to design and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
Create detailed system design documents, data models, and workflow diagrams to guide development and implementation efforts.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess the viability of proposed solutions and make recommendations to management.
Perform system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and technologies, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with technical support teams to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems analysis and design.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3 - 5 years’ experience in system administration with a focus on enterprise-level infrastructure and technologies.
In-depth systems Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX).
Experience with PowerBI.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Finance and IT business units.
Develop and maintain regular reports to suit the specific requirements of the Finance teams.
Supports technical and functional operations and logistics/procurement/operations related issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules related to Finance and Inventory.
Supports the D365 regression testing and training users on new functionalities and enhancements.
Develop and maintain user test cases.
Coordinate and support user testing for fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to the Finance team.
Support the internal users to fix / correct data entry transactions.
Maintain financial dimensions.
Maintain and document user and functional system requirements in context of segregation of duties conflicts and propose corrective or detective solutions.
Develop ad-hoc reports as requested and perform analysis of data as required.
Working Standards:
Hybrid schedule, will be required to work on site in office on assigned days.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support system maintenance and emergencies.
Range: $95,000 - $119,000 per year
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
