Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator Level 1 at a family-owned custom shipping company located in Santa Clara, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity and the hourly pay rate is $18 with the opportunity for advancement to a Level 2 Operator with an hourly increase to $29.
Job Description:
Assists Operators in setting up machines which includes but is not limited to slotting knives, heads, feed section, print plates, and die-cut tooling.
May help with mounting printing plates and cutting dies.
May ink the machine and use chemicals to adjust ink properties, and clean printing plates.
