Job Description:



We are seeking a Band II Filling Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in operating filling and packaging equipment, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate filling and packaging equipment, including manual and automated filling machines, balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, and filtration systems.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.

  • Weigh, measure, and check raw materials using a computer interface to ensure batches contain accurate materials and quantities.

  • Calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.

  • Conduct in-process sampling and testing to ensure batches meet specifications.

  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. .

  • Complete and maintain quality records in compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and SOPs.

  • Maintain equipment and work areas in proper operating condition and cleanliness.


Education:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

  • Preferred laboratory experience.

  • Ability to pipette is a plus.

  • Able to work in cold environments for at least 2 hrs (+4 environment)

  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


Physical Requirements / Work Environment:



  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 to 50 pounds.

  • Work in a manufacturing environment adhering to safety protocols.


Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $16.78-$27.96.
