Core Responsibilities


• Typically assists Store Manager in a Yellow Store
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, going beyond goals set by others, and finding motivation in raising store performance to the maximum
• Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators
• Recruit, coach and develop to ensure a productive and collaborative team, documenting feedback conversations


• Create and maintain weekly schedules


• Maintain and drive safety initiatives


• Audit and order store supplies


• Typically it is for Associate Store managers at Yellow Store

Your workplace - When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
