Responsibilities

Intergraph Corporation d/b/a Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (“Intergraph”) is the leading global provider of engineering and geospatial software. Intergraph seeks a Director, Strategy & Enablement responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Drive change within the organization. Coordinate and prioritize tasks and initiatives across the Portfolio Strategy and Enablement (“PSE”) function. Lead special projects, customer engagement, global PSE communications, and annual planning. Participate in internal/external event content strategy. Interface with internal management, facilitate communications, and ensure alignment across functions. Draft management reports. Assist in regional engagement by resourcing requests from PSE and standardizing communications from PSE. Develop external facing strategy and vision visuals/narrative.

Education / Qualifications

This position requires at least eight (8) years of experience working in the global engineering, procurement, and construction industry and two (2) years of experience as a technical consultant or a similar sales related occupation in the software industry. The position also requires demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following: managing a multi-level team of employees; developing and executing sales enablement and go-to-market strategies; crafting, positioning, and targeting messaging for strategic marketing and sales interactions; developing content strategy for large-scale internal sales enablement events and external customer conferences; information management solutions; project management on large CAPEX projects; SmartPlant Foundation; and implementation, configuration, and active administration of CAD (2D/3D design and engineering), ALIM, and DM/DC software.
