Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Demand Planning Professional 4 in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning Professional 4 will complete regular forecasting and planning for a number of relevant indicators (e.g. turnover, production, inventories, changes in inventory, capital expenditure requirements, employee capacities, etc.)


• Analyzes, controls and reports on relevant KPI (e.g. productivity, profitability, capital tie-up, assets), detects and evaluates plan deviations, and derives recommendations for respective remedial measures


• Performs qualified cost-and-profitability analyses for specific business cases (i.e. product launches, relocations, review of vertical range of manufacturing, etc.) to prepare respective alternative decisions


• Develops supplier forecasts and determines logistical processes with suppliers


• Introduces and implements logistical requirements regarding material provision and delivery as well as material phase-in/out in the PLM process


• Plans and controls assigned inventories and stocks (e.g. supply level, planning adjustments, etc.), analyzes inventory changes and develops measures for inventory reduction


• Analyzes and controls logistical processes (e.g. Cycle Time, First Pass Yield, On-time delivery, KPI of effectiveness, productivity, etc.), to detect process weaknesses and to start process improvements


• As a Demand Planning Professional 4, you will maintain a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes


• Impacts: Is expected to adopt existing concepts, methodologies, etc. to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific internal and external client requests or project requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8-10 years of knowledge: Deep professional know-how and experience in one Sub Job Family


• Masters domain


• Transfers and applies know-how to/in various contexts


• Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence


• Improves existing processes and approaches

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
