We are seeking undergraduate freshman, sophomore, or junior students majoring in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field for a 10-week Student Intern role in Waltham, MA for a June 2nd - August 8th contract period.
Position Duties:
Develop mathematical models describing the underlying biology from both in vitro and in vivo data.
Parameterize the models to obtain best fits across systems.
Retrospectively analyze predictive power of models.
Position Requirements:
An undergraduate freshman, sophomore, or junior student majoring Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field. **Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
Some programming experience required, preferably in MATLAB or R.
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Waltham, MA five days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0
