Job Responsibilities:
Standardizing, preparing and delivering detailed reporting and analytics regarding Client Laboratory Assets bringing fiscal awareness and ensuring the Client meets critical cost targets
Drive the analysis, recommendations, and cost savings validation discussions with the client in alignment with agreed to customer cost savings goals
Support the compilation of Monthly and Quarterly Reporting per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in preparation for executive reviews
Analyze KPI and Asset level reporting to provide recommendations for improvement, highlighting opportunities and driving awareness of gaps as it relates to metrics, downtime, repair rates, and cost to service
Lead Root Cause Analysis efforts to mitigate asset failures and reduce program cost
Lead standardization of customer Asset list with respect to inconsistencies around nomenclature: Manufacturer - Model - Description, etc. as per the OneSource standardization tables
Support broader OneSource innovation initiatives to improve lab optimization and reduce cost
Build a thorough understanding of the Client(s), their business, processes, and instruments in order to meet their business goals
Demonstrate leadership acumen by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results
Manage customer relationships and expectations by establishing a communication process with the Program Manager.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key customer stakeholders
Meet all customer deadlines
Champion growth of the OneSource business, acting as an ambassador of PerkinElmer and the PerkinElmer portfolio of services
Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Science with 3 plus years of experience with Data Analytics, Project or Program Management or Operations Management; or 6 years of experience with Data Analytics, Project or Program Management or Operations Management
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
Experience with Data Visualization Software, preferably PowerBI
Preferred Experience:
Proficient in use of SAP or similar ERP systems
Knowledge of Asset Management Systems desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven operational ability to visualize, identify steps and implement processes
Exhibits strong bias for action and a results orientation, tackling tough problems with firm deadlines, championing positive change
Ability to travel as business requires
Working Environment:
Must be able to work in a laboratory, controlled environments requiring personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, etc.) in laboratory.
Job pace may be fast and job completion demands may be high.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the time
The person needs to occasionally move between labs, corridors, adjoining rooms, and buildings onsite Frequently operate on instruments, objects, tools or controls, which will require regularly bending, squatting, stretching and reaching in order to perform in a service function.
Occasionally move or lift up to 25 pounds (potential for occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds).
Specific vision abilities required by this position include without limitation, the ability to observe details at close range distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to perform the essential service functions of this position.
Occasionally operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Employee may be required to handle hazardous waste according to local, state, and federal regulations. Duties may include identifying, handling, generating, accumulating, storing and labeling hazardous waste.
Potential risk to lab-based hazards including but not limited to extreme temperature, biological materials, and hazardous chemicals.
May be required to complete Medical Clearance, Respiratory Protection Training, and Fit Testing to wear a respirator as protection against hazards present in the laboratory environment.
The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $89,960 to $134,680. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
