Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Hardbid and public commercial projects.
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
Lead and mentor junior estimators, with the potential to build and manage a team.
Participate in bid reviews and presentations.
Maintain and update estimating databases and tools.
