POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Communications Specialist for a 100% remote role.

The main function of a Communications Specialist is to assist corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing.



Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information
  • Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
  • Works closely with Client's Product corporate sales team to write and finalize monthly and annual press release.



Qualifications

  • Must have 10+ Years of experience.
  • Must have a minimum 10 years of experience with strong editing and proofreading abilities
  • Should have the ability to build effective presentations, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Should have a minimum 10 years of experience with Skills in creating newsletters and designing SharePoint sites or using tools like Viva Engage.
  • Should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred
  • Should have verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Should have basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.

  • A competitive pay range of $52/hr- $55/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Position location: Remote
  • 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
