Salary: Range begins at $30,000but is commensurate with experience and qualifications

Central Texas Farm Credit is a full-service agricultural lender covering 20 counties in Central Texas with branch offices located in Brady, Brownwood, Coleman, Comanche, Haskell, San Angelo, and San Saba. Job Purpose and Scope:


The primary scope of this position is to support business development efforts by providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service as a first line of customer contact either by in-person contact or telephone support. Additionally, this position will perform loan administration, content management, and other office administration on a daily basis.



Essential Functions:

  • Answer and route incoming calls, greets vendors, customers, and other visitors.
  • Provides excellent customer service on a routine basis by answering customer inquiries and resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Administers electronic loan file processes for the branch office.
  • Maintains knowledge and demonstrates ability to use IT systems used in lending and office administration.
  • Collects loan payments and performs related tasks required to service loans.
  • Operates a variety of standard office equipment, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Assists lending staff with loan workflow management.



Summary of Desired/Required Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent, minimum of one-year experience in customer service and/or general office/clerical area.
  • Strong work ethic that supports a willingness to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of office equipment and systems, and records management.
