Position Purpose The Training and Development Coordinator will support employee growth by managing the Learning Management System (LMS), organizing and uploading training materials, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role also involves assisting with work-based learning, internship, and apprenticeship programs, as well as supporting career pathing initiatives and developing training schedules. Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for employee development are key to success in this role. Pay Range: $23.49 - $33.37 per hr. plus potential profit share.   • Supports the implementation and sustainability of the talent programs, tools and resources used across all locations.
  • Conduct grant research to identify potential funding opportunities and track/monitor grant funding.
  • Assist with developing work-based learning and internship programs.
  • Assist in the development and management of training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant to the company’s learning objectives
  • Tracks and develops talent management metrics and reports and demonstrates business impact of talent initiatives.
  • Ownership of new hire orientation coordination.
  • Assist with the research and vetting of third-party training services
  • Serve as a resource for employees seeking training and LMS support.
  • Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to meet organizational and employee development needs.
  • Assist with apprenticeship program enrollments and progress check-ins
  • Provide additional HR administrative support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-1 years of experience in Learning or HR-related functions that includes training and/or talent review, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences
  • Advanced project management, organizational and analytics skills to manage multiple projects, processes, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute projects / process design with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into reports and presentations
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 programs (including Powerpoint) and knack for technology in general
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Strong technical acumen a plus.
  • Must operate with a high level of integrity when supporting sensitive and confidential data analysis.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and relationship development skills; ability to work with all levels within an organization, including senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role; HVAC, Building Technologies and/or Automation industry awareness and understanding of the technical needs of the organization is a plus.
  • Experience with Vyond or similar technology

  • This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
