Provides analysis and helps resolve payroll issues. Under general supervision.
Essential Functions
Identifies and helps to address systems issues and customer inquiries in compliance with company policies.
Analyzes and helps to resolve matters pertaining to tax, wage and hour compliance, garnishments, applicable regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years experience in Payroll, Financial Systems Processing, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit or Operational Analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of personal computer applications.
Good analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius as employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. Position may be hybrid in Plano, TX, Collierville, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
