Job Overview

The Cyber Adviser is an impactful role within Resourcive's Cyber Team, responsible for delivering demonstrable value to our clients through the execution of Resourcive's engagement methodology. The successful candidate will leverage both leadership skills and deep cyber security consulting expertise to work directly with clients and deliver meaningful security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Learn: a repeatable engagement model for cyber security consulting that results in improved security posture for our clients.
  • Client Leadership: Lead clients through the Resourcive process, from kickoff to vendor contract execution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with Business Development (BD) and Engagement Teams to build and grow the cyber security pipeline and funnel.
  • Technical and Financial Analysis: Conduct and oversee technical and financial analysis of possible solutions, ensuring they meet client needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with C-level executives, presenting detailed solutions and leading meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Solution Delivery: Work with vendors and internal teams to support clients, delivering optimal cyber security solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
  • Participate in organizational development activities.

Specific Duties


  • Promote and support the Resourcive Culture and Professional Environment.
  • Work in a high-performance fully remote team. Need to be adept at home office operations.
  • Deliver outcomes creating business value through our client's sourcing and implementation of cyber security solutions- evidenced by positive feedback and client referrals
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to support client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Experience (at least one of the below):

  • Minimum of 10 years cyber security experience
  • Knowledgeable in best practices, latest solutions and cyber tools/platforms
  • Proven track record in managing C-Level client relationships and leading projects
  • Experience in identifying and developing new revenue streams within client engagements.
  • Strong background in enterprise cyber technology procurement and implementation.

Demonstrated Expertise:


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Skills (a plus)

  • In-depth understanding of telecommunications (+ adjacent technologies) and IT terms and concepts.
  • Experience in financial modeling, cost impact analysis, and procurement.

Compensation

  • Base Salary- $110-$130K based on experience
  • Performance Bonuses/Variable comp program(s)
  • Total comp range (At Plan)- $150K-$200K

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30* depending on travel

Compensation:

Base Range : $110,000 - $130,000 and total compensation range $150,000-$200,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

For non-sales roles and sales roles with a variable component, total compensation reflects both a base salary and variable targets .
