Customer Advocacy Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Creating user-friendly customer advocacy content, often originating from complex stakeholder requirements, including:
1) Marcom strategy: Interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and helping define compelling storylines to meet our marketing objectives.
2) Story development: reading, writing, revising, and building the deliverables for our digital and sales enablement teams.
3) Administrative tasks: team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, required trainings, internal site updates, and staying active in our project management system
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
1) Experience in a Customer Marketing or Customer Reference program developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
2) Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs
3) A solid understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals (channels, audience, content types, messaging) with a digital-first mindset.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience simplifying complex tech topics
- A willingness to take initiative and manage projects independently.
- Proficiency in complex project management systems
- Stakeholder management in a large, matrixed tech company
