Job Description
The Data Insights + Analytics (Data I+A) Group are data storytellers who meaningfully inform the decision makers who drive the financial health of our nation’s economy. We champion data quality through innovative solutions, timely reporting, tech automations, and collaborative support of the Twelfth District and System partners. We are looking for a Lead Project Analyst that will be responsible for leading Group projects and security, access, and record management activities, as well as supporting Group operations and communications initiatives.
Highlight of Responsibilities
Project Management:
Assigns and/or coordinate work tasks with relevant staff and ensures team members are aware of assignments; monitor and supervise progress of assigned Group or System projects and provide project or business unit status updates, as needed.
Provides support and recommendations to business unit in developing, implementing, leading, and detailing projects, including but not limited to creating project plans, schedules, and performing project research.
Ensures project and work activities are completed in accordance with defined business unit standards and delivered according to established timeframes
Security, Access, and Record Management
Provides strategic and operational support of Data I+A’s records management, information security, and access review programs; ensuring alignment with Bank and System policies.
Participates on technical workgroups and awareness activities; staying current on new and emerging technologies.
Supports onboarding and offboarding activities and access management in alignment with Bank and System policies by managing user access to SharePoint, Shared Drives, and other necessary sites.
Supports Reporting and Structure Central access management, as needed.
Creates and presents Information Security and Management topics throughout the year to new employees, business areas, management, as needed.
Operations and Communications:
Provides strategic and operational oversight of all business continuity activities.
Provides support to the Data I+A Officer team.
Assists with facilitating our annual self-evaluation processes and strategic plan updates, as needed.
Provides administrative support, perform administrative tasks, and other special projects, as needed.
Leads Teams, eBoard, and weekly newsletter communications.
Supports the facilitation of Group Meetings, including working with the management team on agenda formation, coordination with presenters on meeting materials, collaborating on meeting logistics, and facilitating meetings, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Typically has 5+ years of project support / management experience
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience working cross-functionally to meet internal and/or external partner needs
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Able to work both independently and with a team
Base Salary Range: Min; 88,400.00 - Mid 114,700.00 - Max 141,200.00 USD Annual Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
