Job Description:

As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Spa Concierge to join this beautiful property!

This Forbes 5-Star hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 Jean-Georges concepted restaurants, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full - Time
• Shift: Spa is open from 10am - 7pm (shifts would start by 9am and end latest at 8pm) - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?
As a SpaConcierge you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing/fun environment for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

• Answer phones and make Spa reservations
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, cleaning the locker rooms and fitness area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Conduct financial transactions, as needed
• Perform general Spa duties, as needed
• Assist guest in spa with retail purchases

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
