Position Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Coralville, IA (On-Site, Hybrid eligible)

Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 500 of the nation's most academically complex colleges and universities to manage their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management.

Our Technical Support Specialists (TSS) are highly knowledgeable of all CourseLeaf products. As a TSS, you will perform tasks such as configuration changes, troubleshooting, milestone processing, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure our clients receive exceptional software support.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is located in Coralville, Iowa, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. The majority of your work schedule will be 8 hours a day, Monday - Friday, with the necessity to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday.
