A role you will love
As the Head of Strategy & Projects to the Global CEO of Issuer Services, you will be helping shape the future direction, strategy and culture of Issuer Services and will have responsibility to drive execution on a full range of projects across the various business division within Issuer Services. You will work directly with executives and key stakeholders across the global management team to support and drive strategic decision making and support the growth of the Issuer Services business.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Working collaboratively with all of the Issuer Services leadership team and execute, lead and handle several principal duties, all focused on delivering on the strategic objectives and initiatives of Issuer Services including:
Inorganic growth strategies and integration activities
Business analysis and strategy decisions
Operational productivity, market regulation and positioning
Communications and people strategy
Assisting the Issuer Services leadership team to formulate and manage the global implementation of business strategies by facilitating discussions, conducting analysis and communicating key insights
Continuously improving the process, analysis and insight to achieve sustained business results and enhance the service experience in collaboration with executive leadership, internal stakeholders and external clients
Assisting the Issuer Services leadership team with communication content and presentations to employees, executive stakeholders, clients, and the Group Board of Directors
Contributing to complex, high value and time-critical demands of leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized approach for execution
What will you bring to the role?
The Head of Strategy and Projects role will require exceptional strategic and financial acumen and strong communication and presentation skills, in person and visually. A successful candidate with bring well developed people skills with an understanding of situational sensitivity to ensure successful execution.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Minimum of 4+ years of previous Management experience
Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and strategic decision making for large organisations
High degree of self-direction, leadership and motivational skills
Proven ability to work with and influence key stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred
Other post-graduate degrees in Finance or Accounting a plus

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $222,000 - 300,000. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
