Location: Raymore, Missouri
Compensation: $34.17 Hourly
The Emergency Room Enhancement (ERE) Supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing the provision of the Community Support Specialist (CSS)
ERE team members, review referrals and provide clinical service direction to the CES for service expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC
* Provide supervision of ERE CSS's including at least one hour face-to-face individual supervision, daily
availability for consultation and ongoing opportunity for skill development
* Ensures that appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records according to policy
* Participate in team and program meetings as scheduled
* Coordinate with internal and external providers to ensure quality client care
* Collaborates with hospitals state-wide to maintain and build new relationships
* Coordinates care internally with all CHN programs (crisis, CPRC, SUD, outpatient, etc.)
* Ensures that clients are outreached within 24 hours of hospital discharge.
* Conducts assessments for potential consumers
* Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
* Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
* Completes performance development/AIM process
* Time card management - manages time sheets
* Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
* Bachelor's degree required
* Master's degree in a human service related field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
* Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (QQ)
or
* Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR)
or
* Must meet the qualifications for a Community Support Specialist (IHS) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (QQ) plus an additional three (3) years of experience. *Experience must be with individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders. **Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
* All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
* A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: QMHP preferred
