Job Title: Oracle Recruiting Cloud Services Delivery - Global

Serve as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) subject-matter expert to provide configuration and troubleshooting of technical and functional set up across ORC and Core HR modules. Orchestrate integration and analyze user requirements for strategy between HCM and ERP cloud and downstream systems. Build data migration strategy and consult on data privacy and audit best practices. Build a strong technical foundation in systems and data as an enabler of business strategy. Collaborate with Business Analysts and business teams to gather requirements for process improvements, reports, interfaces, extensions, integration, and conversions for Oracle HCM modules. Continuously improve delivery models. Develop and maintain functional and technical design and documentation. Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support. Drive troubleshooting and resolution of issues identified by the business. Design, document, and perform unit testing to validate product functionality. Design and execute implementation and testing, executive and internal communications. Up to Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S. Salary range: $134,285 - $156,000 per year. Full time. EEO/fully supports affirmative action practices. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study and five (5) years experience in job offered or as an Oracle Techno Functional Consultant, Human Resources Specialist, or a related occupation. Alternatively, the company would accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience.
