Responsibilities

Join our team and you will be primarily responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. This includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, and processing payments. You will be an integral part of a growing company that is financially stable.  Keep reading for more exciting details! 

 

You will… 

• Code and key invoices 


• Print checks on a weekly basis 


• Verify and approve Concur expenses from employees


• Check and deliver mail daily 


• Reconcile utilities and phone bills 


• Provide accounting with utilities accrual 


• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  
  
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills 
  
  
  • Advanced Communication Skills 
  
  
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures 
  
  
  • Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge
  
  
  • We require the ability to pass a drug test and background check. 
  
  
  
  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some accounting-related experience
