Schedule: On-site, Full-Time. Hours vary during training. Sunday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 5 PM after training.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests upon arrival
Assist the leasing team with clerical support
Review and prepare lease documents
Accurately record information in database
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for staff members
Assist with tenant relations as needed, resolving inquiries in a timely manner with appropriate follow-up
Answer and route phone calls to the correct party
Prepare outgoing correspondence
Demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of related administrative support experience, preferably in real estate or property management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Appfolio or other property management software preferred
Excellent communication skills
