Role:
The Mobile Software Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining internal business applications using cross-platform mobile technologies, primarily within the .NET framework and web-based systems. The Mobile Software Developer's primary role involves creating seamless, high-performance applications that are user-friendly and meet the functional needs of the users. This is a full-time, long-term role that offers significant opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and hands-on experience with the latest mobile and web API development technologies.

Min CompensationUSD $120,000.00/Yr. Max CompensationUSD $140,000.00/Yr. Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and optimizes mobile applications using Xamarin, .NET MAUI, and modern web API technologies
Builds and consumes RESTful APIs for mobile application functionality
Ensures the delivery of high-quality software through both manual and automated testing processes
Conducts code reviews, refactor code for optimization, and perform performance tuning to enhance app efficiency
Participates in Agile development activities, including task breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business needs
Other related duties, as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
Professional experience with Xamarin or Maui mobile development
Experience with T-SQL and database interactions
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and workflows
Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently or as part of a team and manage coordination with other developers
Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical field is required. Alternatively, six years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software developer
