Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Leasing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Create, submit, process and sales quotes in CRM with exceptional accuracy


• Collaborate with sales team nationwide to create proposals for customers (including lease payments/options, quotes from vendors for accessories or main equipment, additional discount requests, freight quotes, installation quotes, etc.)


• Manage quoting process - communicating with sales and ensure quotes are delivered accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience in a support role


• Excellent math skills


• Excellent MS Office skills


• Ability to quickly learn our CRM system


• Good communication skills and desire to help and support people within the organization


• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously


• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
