Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a talented Software Engineer 3.

Duties:

• Software Engineer assesses a well-defined problem and leads the development of a technical solution that meets the needs of the business and aligns with architectural standards


• Manages small- to moderate-sized solutions, or plays a key role on larger teams, working within the parameters of two to three sprints


• As a Software Engineer, you will provide direction to team members and/or vendors


• Advises product owners on discrete technology-related business problems; Formulates options, including assessing their relative merits and risks; And works with product owners to determine the best solution

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience; One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 years; Masters + 4 years; Associates degree + 6 years; High School diploma/GED+ 7 years


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
