RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will support the role of data and analytics as integral to advancing the organizations mission


• Aligns analytics solutions development and deployment with organizational strategies and goals


• Provides leadership through demonstrated excellence in customer service, product quality, team training, and knowledge transfers


• Considers current state solutions and products as well as new development capabilities when assessing business needs


• As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, this role leads the development of organizational capabilities in data management, reporting, ad hoc analytics, and advanced analytics in support of organizational strategies and goals


• Manages individual work load and works effectively on multiple assignments while maintaining concurrent collaboration with team members on related projects


• Serves as an advocate for the role of data as a key organizational asset, enabling the effective use of existing resources and catalyzing innovative thinking


• Develops analytical strategies to solve business problems


• Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization in order to provide understanding and insight to key metrics


• Provides oversight in analytics solution development, ensuring end products align with user requirements and organizational strategic initiatives


• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst designs analytical dashboards

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
