Salary Range: $47,320 - $58,500 annually, plus bonus eligibility


Summary: Responsible for customer service regarding putter authentication, restoration and custom shop work as well as participating in all aspects of the putter authentication. - assist CSR Supervisor.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide strong phone coverage to assist customers, consumers with valuable information in regard to sending in their Putters for Authentication/Restoration/Custom Shop work. Coordinate all aspects of Authentication/Restoration and Custom Shop requests. Must have great phone skills and product knowledge. Lead CSR who will make decisions on daily situations, and to Provide inside support for Product Manager when necessary.

  • Responsible for receiving putters and updating the system as they arrive. Notifying the customer immediately of any discrepancies that they see with the Putters or issues with the work requested. Responsible for maintaining files, evaluating putters, photographing the product and issuing Letters of Authenticity.

  • Facilitate the shipping out of all Putters in a timely matter.

  • Managing the payment of the Authentication/Restoration/Custom Shop process. Making sure that Credit Cards are run before putters are shipped out.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma required, AS or BS degree highly preferred.

  • 2-4 years' experience in customer service / golf industry or 1 year as an Acushnet Company Associate CSR. Computer proficiency required.

  • Sitting long periods of time on the phone with customers.

  • Knowledge of Scotty Cameron products and history a benefit.
