The Team


We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, reporting, and managing various recruitment programs, including campus recruiting and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Talent Acquisitions knowledge gained through hands on recruiting experience and experience with various systems, reporting platforms, and programs.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles at all levels of the organization.

  • Develop and lead efforts to expand our pipeline of national talent leveraging new and creative approaches to attracting top talent.

  • Lead our campus-based recruiting program, including evaluation and assessment of program goals.

  • Expand our relationships with external organizations who can grow as key partners in sourcing diverse talent.

  • Partner with ATC leadership and hiring managers to help define and execute on key success metrics for Talent Acquisition.

  • Support the definition and implementation of reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring strategy and processes.

  • Communicate and coach hiring managers and interviewers about interviewing best practices, develop job-specific behavioral interview questions, and effectively guide and lead interview debriefs.

  • Drive projects and initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition Team.

  • As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you may be responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development of Recruiters or other Talent Acquisition team members. You are expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables the company to meet business objectives.

  • Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices comply with government regulations and internal policies.

What You Need to Succeed



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment required.

  • Excellent project management and organization skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Prior experience running reports and analyzing data in an HR/TA environment preferred.

  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and interviewing for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred; Experience recruiting for Finance, Information Technology or Sales positions preferred.

  • Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position's responsibilities.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.

  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
