Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team for a February 2025 start date. This is a hybrid position with some days in the office (Rosslyn, VA) and some WFH.

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing organizations and designing their processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. You will also research, gather and synthesize information to ensure that the business processes are optimized and aligned with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Analyze the organization's business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

- Assess the current state of the organization's business processes and systems

- Identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution

- Research, gather and synthesize information to ensure that the business processes are optimized and aligned with the organization's goals

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are integrated with technology

- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of business processes and systems

- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
