We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As aBusiness Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end development, design, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting solutions. You will work closely with the data stack to understand its capabilities and nuances, performing quality checks, investigating anomalies, and providing solutions. Additionally, you will support and collaborate with peer data analysts, offering your expertise to find the best solutions for the team.



What You'll Do:



  • Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring accuracy and insightful reporting solutions.


  • Deeply understand the capabilities and nuances of the data stack powering our reporting solutions.


  • Perform quality checks on dashboards and reports, investigating anomalies and providing solutions.


  • Support peers with special assignments and provide expertise to find the best solutions for the team.


  • Innovate to evolve our operational reporting package.


  • Utilize SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, etc. for data visualization, exploration, automation, and stakeholder deliverables.


  • Analyze large, complex data sets and extract meaningful information.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale reporting through improved systems and automation.


  • Balance innovation, maintenance, and output when determining priorities.


  • Develop presentations and write-ups to share findings, including key reporting insights and recommendations as directed.





Minimum Qualifications:



Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience



Critical Skills:




  • Proven
    (4+ years') experience in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards.



  • Strong (4+ years')proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, or other relevant tools.


  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.


  • Experience analyzing large, complex data sets and extracting meaningful insights.





Preferred Skills:



  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Prior experience in the healthcare technology field is strongly preferred.





Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position



$83,400 - $139,000
