The Opportunity
As an Environmental Outsourcing Specialist (TTR Direct Specialist) with Tradebe, you will work directly with customers and provide disposal options for unique materials not processed through Tradebe. This individual will ideally have industry experience directly dealing with hazardous waste and have extensive knowledge on hazardous waste profiles. This is a home-based position, but does require some local travel within the region the position is posted in.
Key Job Responsibilities
Quoting of disposal opportunities and projects to customers.
Tracking of opportunities and projects.
Assisting with obtaining pricing for RFP's.
Schedule pickups and deliveries of customer materials.
Prepare shipping documents.
Confirm appointments with customers and 3rd party disposal outlets.
Coordinate pickups with transportation vendors.
Provide timely and accurate resolution of questions and concerns from vendors and customers.
Create the documentation for invoicing customers.
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in environmental field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two (2) years environmental experience.
Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations.
Receiving and operations experience is a plus
