Summary of Job:

The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This role involves creating and managing recruitment marketing campaigns, working with our community engagement specialist to enhance our employer brand, and attracting experienced talent to apply for positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion to help people thrive.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment marketing or employer branding.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Strong organizational and project management skills.


• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
