Summary:

This position will manage the engineering function.

Essential Functions:

• Lead an engineering team to determine the most effective means of meeting goals and driving. continuous improvement/operational excellence.


• Support new product development, product qualifications and new product launches.


• Prioritize project work and capital budget recommendations.


• Support quality system integration and compliance.


• Support facilities needs and growth and help ensure safety and environmental compliance.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree


• 8+ years of engineering experience


• 4+ years supervisory experience


• Experience with leading projects
