Preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials in support of marketing department initiatives.
Supporting advertising plans, public relations campaigns, trade shows and product incentive plans
Supporting marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
Preparing status reports on marketing efforts
Must Haves:
Purely operational position
Administrative experience - no accounting or billing exp needed
Proficient in Office Suite
Excel experience
Strong soft skills
Potential Future needs - coordinating projects with original owners and working with marketing and sales and source products team - Project Coordinator experience would be preferred
