Shift Pattern: open availability preferred, primarily mid and/or evening shifts
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour plus upsell and enrollment incentives paid out monthly
The ideal candidate with possess the following qualifications:
• At least 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Strong guest satisfaction focus
• Reservation system and hotel experience a plus
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
