Are you a dedicated and self-motivated individual looking to join a thriving team in Irvine? We're seeking an experienced Receptionist to become the face of our company. This is a full-time, onsite position with excellent perks and benefits!

Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday 8-5

Responsibilities:
Serve as the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers
Demonstrate patience and kindness, especially when assisting seniors or individuals who may need additional guidance
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and questions with professionalism and clarity
Maintain and update Outlook calendars, including scheduling appointments and reserving conference rooms
Track trusts and other important data using Excel spreadsheets, demonstrating proficiency with formulas
Conduct inventory of office supplies and assist with online ordering as needed
Provide administrative support to various departments, including assisting with project requests and tasks such as stuffing envelopes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Attention to detail and good judgment in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet experience
