Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a stable company that provides innovative financial solutions. This company has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher to work in their Communication Center.
Working hours would be Thursday and Friday 6:00am-2:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 2:30pm- Close (10:00pm). There will be mandatory additional hours required to assist with covering for vacation and sick time. This position requires you to be in direct contact with customers, staff members and vendors. Dispatch experience and excellent customer sevice required.
Additional position: M-F 4:00pm-10:pm with an extra 5 hours
MUST HAVE DISPATCH EXPRIENCE
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Review and promptly respond to all internal & external customer communications.
Open service requests, dispatch, update, and close service requests.
Provide superior customer service.
Provide miscellaneous reports and tasks requested by management.
Maintain cleanliness of administrative office and conference area.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS office suite.
Solid PC knowledge and ability to adapt to new software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with great time management skills.
Must be able to write reports, and maintain logs.
Fantastic customer service skills.
Will be need to pass background requirements
