About the Role:

Are you ready to take the pilot’s seat in driving our business strategies? As our Senior Business and Revenue Analyst, you’ll be a key navigator in the Authority’s Commercial Management Division (CMD), steering our financial performance toward greater horizons.

This isn’t just any role—it is a first-class opportunity to work on advanced financial analysis and revenue optimization projects that will directly influence critical business decisions. Your mission? Analyze the operational and financial performance of the food and beverage "Operator Model" units within the airport terminal, ensuring these operations soar smoothly and efficiently.

Think of yourself as the control tower for strategic insights. You’ll collect and interpret data, deliver actionable recommendations, and present findings to staff and stakeholders—helping guide the airport’s overall trajectory. Your flight plan will also include parking yield analysis, pricing strategy, and analytical support for other key areas like Air Service Development, Ground Transportation, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Properties.

Compensation:


  • Maximum – Based on experience

  • Minimum - $75,352.99


What You’ll Do:


  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex financial data and financial reports associated with monthly sales performance and associated operating costs of restaurant performance. 

  • Collaborate with Information Services to develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports to provide real-time business performance insights.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in revenue streams and operational data.

  • Tracking operator and authority investment from construction buildout through the term of contract to include development, model, and monitor the Authority’s return on investment 

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Compile financial data and performance analysis of Operator Model food and beverage units for presentation to the internal Operations Stakeholder Group. 

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to inform business strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent related work experience 

Experience:

  • 3 or more years' experience in data/financial analysis; creation and interpretation of financial reports and models, conducting market research / competitive analysis, and developing recommendations and detailed reports or business plans.

Typical Work Hours: 


  • Monday - Friday

    • Some flexibility is available regarding the work schedule between the hours of: 7 am - 6 pm, possible work-from-home Fridays. Work hours outside of the traditional schedule may be required occasionally. Final schedule preference will be negotiated with the manager during the hiring process.
